What data we process and why

Contact form and call booking. Data: what your company does, headcount, description of the problem, email or phone. Purpose: to reply and prepare for the consultation. Legal basis: if you write on your own behalf, these are pre-contractual steps under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; if you write as a company contact person, it is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, namely handling the enquiry of the company you represent. Filling in the form is voluntary, but without this data we cannot reply or prepare the consultation. We keep it for 2 years from the last communication. If the enquiry results in a contract, we keep the data required for invoicing for 10 years under the Accounting Act.

Communication via WhatsApp. When you message us, we process your phone number and the content of your messages in order to handle your request. Transmission is provided by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) under its own terms. We keep it for 2 years from the last communication.

Blog newsletter. Data: email. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing in any email. We keep it until consent is withdrawn, at most 3 years from your last interaction.

Offering our other services to existing and former clients. Data: email, name, details of previous cooperation. Purpose: to offer you our other similar services. Legal basis: our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can object to this processing at any time by replying to any email and we will stop immediately. We keep it for a maximum of 3 years from the last order.

Traffic measurement and advertising. We process cookies and similar technologies (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) only with your consent via the cookie banner. Details in the cookie settings. Based on your consent, profiling for advertising purposes also takes place, meaning assignment to audiences according to behaviour on the website. This profiling has no legal effects on you and does not similarly significantly affect you, and it is not automated decision-making under Art. 22 GDPR. We do not carry out any other automated decision-making.

Site security and operation. Technical logs and IP addresses to protect against attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest. We keep them for 12 months.

Who has access to the data

The data is processed by us and our processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting, servers in Frankfurt), Supabase Inc. (database, AWS Frankfurt), Resend / Plus Five Five, Inc. (email delivery), Google Ireland Ltd. (analytics, with consent only).

Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. acts as a separate controller under its own terms for WhatsApp communication and ad performance measurement, not as our processor. Processing on its side is governed by its own privacy policy.

For providers in the USA, the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We will provide a copy of these safeguards on request.

We do not process the content of communication in third-party artificial intelligence tools without a concluded data processing agreement and without excluding the training of models on this data.

Where we get the data

We obtain data directly from you when you write to us or book a consultation.

If we contacted you first, we obtained your business contact details from publicly available sources — your company website, the commercial or trade register, or professional networks. We process them on the basis of our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, namely approaching potential business partners, to the extent of name, job title, company and business contact. You can object to this processing at any time and we will erase the data without undue delay.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data and get a copy, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent. Send your request via the contact page; we'll reply within one month. If you're not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with your local EU data protection authority or with the Slovak one: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.

Effective from 22 August 2026.
