This policy explains what personal data we process on monetify.eu, why, and for how long. The site has no e-shop or checkout, so we process less data than usual.

Contact form and call booking. Data: what your company does, headcount, description of the problem, email or phone. Purpose: to reply and prepare for the consultation. Legal basis: pre-contractual relations and legitimate interest. We keep it for 2 years from the last communication.

Communication via WhatsApp. When you message us, we process your phone number and the content of your messages in order to handle your request. Transmission is provided by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) under its own terms. We keep it for 2 years from the last communication.

Blog newsletter. Data: email. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing in any email. We keep it until consent is withdrawn, at most 3 years from your last interaction.

Traffic measurement and advertising. We process cookies and similar technologies (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) only with your consent via the cookie banner. Details in the cookie settings.

Site security and operation. Technical logs and IP addresses to protect against attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest. We keep them for 12 months.

The data is processed by us and our processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting, servers in Frankfurt), Supabase Inc. (database, AWS Frankfurt), Resend / Plus Five Five, Inc. (email delivery), Google Ireland Ltd. (analytics, only with consent), Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp, ad measurement only with consent). For US-based providers, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not feed personal data into AI tools.

You have the right to access your data and get a copy, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent. Send your request via the contact page; we'll reply within one month. If you're not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with your local EU data protection authority or with the Slovak one: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
